TNT Exercise & Leisure had a humble start in 1991 from the basement of TNT President, Sam Tremblay's, Welland home. What started out as a way to make a little extra cash for Sam, has grown into the 4 employee, enterprise of today.
Over the years, TNT has seen many changes, but, one constant remains: Sam's no-pressure, family values way of doing business. We have been proud to serve the Niagara Region for the past 17 years and look forward to the future with eager anticipation.
